21. Norchad Omier - Miami Hurricanes

2023-24 season stats: 18.1 ppg and 9.8 rpg

The Hurricanes have three players with 15+ ppg but the 6’7 center stands out as the most consistent and impactful player. Omier is coming off five straight games with 20+ points, including 27 points and 10 rebounds vs North Florida. Despite having height limitations, Omier has been able to produce against all levels of competition.

20. Mark Sears - Alabama Crimson Tide

2023-24 season stats: 19.4 ppg and 3.7 apg

The 6’1 point guard is having a breakout second year with the Crimson Tide, scoring 11+ points in each game. That includes a 35-point performance against Purdue on 8/16 shooting from deep, along with a recent 21 points on the road to beat Vandy.

19. Armando Bacot - UNC Tar Heels

2023-24 season stats: 14.9 ppg and 11.1 rpg

The 5th-year senior big man once again is a top-rebounder in NCAA Basketball, top five in that category, He had a 22-point and 20-rebound game against Lehigh, as well as 14 points and 16 rebounds on the road at Clemson. UNC is one of the top teams in the country and Bacot is the second biggest reason for that.
