15. PJ Hall - Clemson Tigers

2023-24 season stats: 19.5 ppg and 6.4 rpg

The 6’10 forward has taken his offense to the next level, leading the Tigers in scoring, while now averaging over two blocks a game. Hall has been in double figures each game, including 22 points and 11 rebounds on the road at Pittsburgh, along with 27 points in just 19 minutes at home against Queens. If Clemson can win the ACC title, look for Hall to be on the All-American shortlist.

14. David Jones - Memphis Tigers

2023-24 season stats: 20.3 ppg and 6.9 rpg

The St. John’s transfer has had a huge year on a Memphis squad whose roster constantly changes. Jones has six straight games with at least 20 points, along with a 36-point game against Arkansas. He’s become not only the clear go-to scorer on the best team in the ACC but also the clear favorite for Conference Player of the Year.

13. Isaiah Stevens - Colorado State Rams

2023-24 season stats: 17.6 ppg and 7.4 apg

Stevens not only leads the Rams in scoring but also is 5th nationally in assists, including 22 points and 14 assists against Wright State. The senior guard also has six games with at least 20 points, shooting 47% from three-point range on 58 attempts.
