24. David Coit - Northern Illinois Huskies

2023-24 season stats: 20.8 ppg and 3.4 apg

The 5’11 guard started 55 games for NIU in the last two years, leading the MAC in several offensive categories, while also ranking in the top 10 nationally in mpg at 37.0 ppg. Coit had 9+ points in every single game this past season, including four going over 30 points. That includes a 37-point performance in the season-finale loss to Buffalo. Outside of Kentucky reaching out early on, Coit has had a quiet recruitment to this point but he remains as one of the top scorers available.

23. Chisom Okpara - Harvard Crimson

2023-24 season stats: 16.5 ppg and 5.0 rpg

The 6’8 forward was a breakout sophomore at Harvard, second in scoring. Okpara had eight games with at least 20 points, including 26 points in a win over Holy Cross. He was a fairly consistent offensive player for the Crimson and while other top Ivy League players quickly found homes, Okpara continues to fly under the radar. Recently, Stanford is a team that’s been connected to him.

22. Ken Evans - Jackson State Tigers

2023-24 season stats: 18.8 ppg and 5.4 rpg

The 6’4 guard has 92 career starts at Jackson State, coming off earning SWAC Player of the Year honors. Evans, who shot 39% from three-point range on five attempts per game, had a trio of 30+ point outings, including 37 in a win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff. The prolific scorer has been linked to teams like Syracuse and Georgetown recently and is one of two remaining Conference POY available in the portal.
