18. Braeden Smith - Colgate Raiders

2023-24 season stats: 12.5 ppg, 5.5 rpg, and 5.6 apg

The 6’0 point guard led the Patriot League champions in both scoring and passing, earning Conference Player of the Year. Smith was one triple-double watch on several occasions, as well as five games with at least 20 points. That includes 15 points and 12 rebounds in a win over Lehigh to win the conference tournament. He’s reportedly down to four teams and a possible return to Colgate, with Gonzaga and Washington among the notable options.

17. Miles Kelly - Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

2023-24 season stats: 13.9 ppg and 5.5 rpg

The 6’4 guard led the ACC team in scoring, shooting 37% from the field and 32% from deep in high-volume. Kelly had some inefficient numbers in the last couple of months but still had some major individual outings, including 27 points and six rebounds against Howard and a career-high 36 points against Louisville. Kelly could be a legit rotation piece for a team that still needed an offensive boost in their backcourt.

16. Trazarien White - UNC-Wilmington Seahawks

2023-24 season stats: 19.8 ppg and 6.8 rpg

The 6’6 combo forward continued developing each year into an all-star in the CAA, leading the Seahawks in scoring. White, who shot 49% from the field, had 13 games of at least 20 points, including a 38-point and nine-rebound performance against Campbell in double-overtime. He’s reportedly down to TCU and Texas Tech, with one of them set to land one of the best pure offensive players left in the portal.
