12. Chaz Lanier - North Florida Ospreys

2023-24 season stats: 19.7 ppg and 4.8 rpg

The 6’4 guard did little in his first three years at North Florida but was a massive breakout star as a senior starter, leading the team in scoring. Lanier was one of the most efficient shooters in NCAA Basketball as well, going for a 51-44-88 shooting split. He had four games of at least 30 points, including 35 against North Alabama. Lanier has been linked with Kentucky but is currently going through the NBA Draft process.

11. Riley Kugel - Florida Gators

2023-24 season stats: 9.2 ppg and 3.5 rpg

Despite a strong freshman campaign, Kugel’s numbers took a dip as a sophomore, including in the percentages. He still had 25 points and nine rebounds against Baylor and 22 points in a win over Auburn. Kugel had originally committed to Kansas but has since de-committed, making him one of the more talented scoring options available.

10. DJ Wagner - Kentucky Wildcats

2023-24 season stats: 9.9 ppg and 3.3 apg

The former top-10 prospect started 28 games for Kentucky last season, with an assist-to-turnover ratio of over 2/1. Wagner, who had inconsistent outings as a freshman, did have 10 assists in a game against Georgia and nine games with at least 14 points. He’s a candidate to follow Coach John Calipari over to Arkansas, with USC also reportedly in the mix.
