24. Javian McCollum - Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

2023-24 season stats (at Oklahoma): 13.3 ppg and 3.4 apg

In his lone year at Oklahoma, McCollum led the team in scoring, ranking one of the highest in NCAA Basketball in 94% FT. He had four games with at least 20 points, including 21 in a win at Kansas State. Georgia Tech will be losing a couple of guards, including Kyle Sturdivant and potentially leading scorer, Miles Kelly. He’ll pair well off-the-ball with emerging freshman guard, Naithan George.

23. Tre White - Illinois Fighting Illini

2023-24 season stats (at Louisville): 12.3 ppg and 5.9 rpg

The 6’7 versatile wing had four games with at least 20 points this past season, including some big outings. It includes a 29-point and 14-rebound performance versus Clemson. He’ll fit well at his next stop at Louisville, which is losing some size on the wings in Terrence Shannon Jr. and Quincy Guerrier.

22. Jordan Sears - LSU Tigers

2023-24 season stats (at UT-Martin): 21.6 ppg and 4.5 apg

Sears not only led the OVC in scoring but also was 9th nationally in that category. That includes four different games of 34 points last season alone. He was fairly efficient from the field as well, making 43% of his three-point shots and 84% from the FT line. He, along with Carter, looks to create a new dynamic backcourt for LSU, who had one of the weaker perimeter groups in the SEC last season.
