15. Frankie Collins - TCU Horned Frogs

2023-24 season stats (at Arizona State): 13.8 ppg and 3.2 apg

Not only did Collins lead the team in scoring/passing, but he also broke the single-season program record in steals with 84. He had four games with at least 20 points, including 25 points and six assists against Cal. Collings is set to be the new lead guard at TCU, replacing the likes of Trey Tennyson and Avery Anderson in the backcourt.

14. Josh Cohen - USC Trojans

2023-24 season stats (at UMass): 15.9 ppg and 6.8 rpg

The former NEC POY showed that his offense worked at the A-10 level, with 11 games of at least 20 points. That includes a pair of 28-point outings as well. Cohen originally committed to Arkansas but ended up following HC Eric Musselman over to USC, where he’ll look to be one of the top big men in the Big Ten.

13. Lynn Kidd - Miami Hurricanes

2023-24 season stats (at Virginia Tech): 13.2 ppg and 6.5 rpg

The 6’10 center became a full-time starter for the Hokies and took advantage, posting career-high numbers across the board. Kidd was 4th in all of NCAA Basketball at 67% shooting and for a big, was very good at the FT line (84%). He had five games with at least 20 points, including 31 points and 11 rebounds against American on 14/15 FG. He’s set to replace Norchad Omier as Miami's starting center and gives them more size inside to defend.
