3. Myles Rice - Indiana Hoosiers
2023-24 season stats (at Washington State): 14.8 ppg and 3.8 apg
After two years of going through Cancer treatment, the 6’2 guard had a big first year at Wazzu, earning Pac-12 Rookie of the Year honors. Rice had six games of at least 20 points, including a 35-point effort against Stanford. He joins an Indiana team that needed to replace Xavier Johnson at the lead guard position and will have three more years of eligibility.
2. Tucker DeVries - West Virginia Mountaineers
2023-24 season stats (at Drake): 21.6 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 3.7 apg
The 6’7 wing won two Missouri Valley Player of the Year Awards and was one of the top scorers in the country. DeVries had four games with at least 30 points this past season, including 39 points, 13 rebounds, and seven assists in a 3OT win over UIC. He follows his father to West Virginia, where he’ll likely remain the focal point on a rebuilding team.

Mark went from a solid role player at Houston to the lead scorer at Arkansas, shooting 48% from the field as the lone bright spot on the team. The 6’5 guard had nine games of at least 20 points, including a career-high 35 points against Texas A&M. He remains in the SEC, joining a Texas squad that lost its star guard, Max Abmas.
