24. Jamal Mashburn - Temple Owls

2023-24 season stats (at New Mexico): 14.1 ppg and 1.5 apg

The 6’2 guard started at New Mexico for the past three years, averaging around 17 ppg overall. Mashburn’s shooting numbers and efficiency took a dip but he still had some big outings, including 29 points in a win over UT Arlington. He’s a big pickup for a Temple program that’s been used to using high-level scorers to the portal. Mashburn figures to be an all-league candidate in the AAC.

23. DJ Davis - Washington Huskies

2023-24 season stats (at Butler): 13.5 ppg and 2.6 apg

Even after moving from the Big West to the Big East, Davis still proved to be a capable double-digit scorer, shooting 35% from deep and a nation-leading 95% from the FT line. He had nine games of at least 20 points, including 28 points in a win over Villanova. He joins a rebuilding Washington squad that lost all of its main guards so right now, Davis is the go-to option for them next season.

22. Isaiah Swope - Saint Louis Billikens

2023-24 season stats (at Indiana State): 15.9 ppg and 2.1 apg

The 5’10 guard was third in Indiana State in scoring last season, making 36% of his three-point attempts on over eight attempts a game. Swope had eight games of at least 20 points, including 30 against UIC. He follows HC Josh Schertz over to Saint Louis, where he’ll be joined by another prolific 3-point shooter in Gibson Jimerson.
