15. Frankie Fidler - Michigan State Spartans

2023-24 season stats (at Omaha): 20.1 ppg and 6.3 rpg

The 6’7 forward was one of the top scorers in all of NCAA Basketball last season, shooting 45% from the field and 37% from deep. Fiddler had four 30+ point games, including 34 points and 12 rebounds against North Dakota State in OT. The combo forward will replace Malik Hall for Michigan State and could end up being an offensive upgrade next year.

14. Chibuzo Agbo - USC Trojans

2023-24 season stats (at Boise State): 13.7 ppg and 5.1 rpg

The 6’7 wing averaged double figures in two years with the Broncos, shooting 41% from three-point range. Agbo went for 27 points against North Texas and is known for being one of the ore versatile defenders in NCAA Basketball. That’ll be his role at USC and its brand-new roster as one of the more proven players among the newcomers.

13. Marcus Hill - NC State Wolfpack

2023-24 season stats (at Bowling Green): 20.5 ppg and 5.0 rpg

Hill was the highest-scoring JUCO transfer this past season, leading Bowling Green in scoring overall. The 6’4 guard had 12 games of at least 25 points, including a season-high 35 in overtime against Eastern Michigan. NC State hopes that Hill’s scoring ability translates to the ACC well, as he could be the ideal replacement for last season’s top scorer, DJ Horne.
