33. Andrej Stojakovic - Cal Bears

2023-24 season stats (at Stanford): 7.8 ppg and 3.4 rpg

The former top-30 prospect started 10 games at Stanford, shooting 41% from the field and 33% from deep. Stojakovic had five games of at least 15 points, including 20 against USC. The 6’7 wing joins a rebuilt Cal roster that currently features a lot of mid-major transfers. On paper, Stojakovic has the best chance to break out and be a leading option on offense and could be a breakout sophomore to watch in a new system.

32. Arturo Dean - OK State Cowboys

2023-24 season stats (at FIU): 13.4 ppg, 5.1 rpg, and 4.0 apg

The 5’11 ball-handler not only has been a good all-around offensive player in the AAC but Dean led all of NCAA Basketball in steals at 3.4 a game, including 10 against Florida Gulf Coast. He also went for a season-high 27 points in a win over LIU Brooklyn. OK State has been hit hard by the portal, including the loss of Javon Smll. They’ll need Dean to do a bit of everything to be competitive in Big 12 play.

31. Damarco Minor - Oregon State Beavers

2023-24 season stats (at SIUE): 15.5 ppg, 8.5 rpg, and 3.1 apg

The 6’0 guard led SIUE in all three main categories, shooting 40% from the field and leading all of NCAA Basketball in rebounds at someone his height. Minor had seven games of at least 20 points, including a career-high 31 points and 12 rebounds against Tennessee State. He’s a nice pickup for Oregon State, who lost just about everyone on its roster. Minor will be a leading piece as the Beavers head to the WCC.
