30. Joshua Jefferson - Iowa State

2023-24 season stats (at Saint Mary’s): 10.2 ppg and 6.5 rpg

The 6’8 forward was a breakout contributor as a sophomore for the Gaels, shooting 47% from the field. Jefferson had four double-doubles, including a 21-point and 10-rebound outing against San Francisco. The two-way forward gives Iowa State even more depth in the frontcourt for next season, solidifying them as a top-5 caliber team for next season.

29. Otega Oweh - Kentucky Wildcats

2023-24 season stats (at Oklahoma): 11.4 ppg and 3.8 rpg

The 6’5 guard became a double-digit scorer in his second season, shooting 49% from the field and had 12 games with at least 14 points. That includes a 23-point effort against UNC, as well as 12 points, 10 rebounds, and five steals versus Oklahoma. If nothing else, Oweh gives Kentucky much-needed depth and he’s a proven power conference contributor. Look for him to either start or be a capable 6th Man for the Wildcats.

28. Jevon Porter - LMU Lions

2023-24 season stats (at Pepperdine): 16.2 ppg and 5.9 rpg

The 6’11 forward only played 21 total games but still played like an all-conference big, with seven games of 20+ points. That includes a 28-point and 11-rebound performance in the conference tournament win over Pacific. Porter will remain in the WCC, following Coach Lorenzo Romar (now an assistant) to the Lions, giving them a power conference caliber player to build around.
