27. Sincere Parker - McNeese State Cowboys

2023-24 season stats (at Saint Louis): 15.9 ppg and 4.3 rpg

The 6’3 guard was limited to 16 games due to injuries but still had some huge games, including three straight 30+ point outings. He also shot 49% from the field and 43% from three-point range. Parker goes down to the Southland and McNeese State, where he has the chance to average over 20 ppg and be a Conference Player of the Year candidate.

26. Brandon Angel - Oregon Ducks

2023-24 season stats (at Stanford): 13.0 ppg and 4.7 rpg

The 6’8 forward produced career-high numbers in his fourth season, shooting a highly efficient 57% from the field and 45% from three-point range. Angel had a 25-point game against San Diego and went for 19 points and 10 rebounds versus Arizona State. He gives Oregon a needed power forward, a position of weakness for them last season as they head to the Big Ten.

25. Jalen Leach - Northwestern Wildcats

2023-24 season stats (at Fairfield): 16.2 ppg and 3.0 apg

The 6’4 guard averaged 10 more ppg as a senior, shooting 49% from the field. Leach had 13 games of at least 20 points, including a pair of 29-point efforts in MAAC play. Northwestern is hoping he can be a double-digit contributor to help offset the lost production of its past star, Boo Buie.
