It is Sunday which means it is time for another installment of the Sunday Mailbag. In case you have not been following the goings on in the NCAA Basketball world over the last week, let’s just say it was one of the weirdest weeks we have had in a long time. 4 of the top 5 teams got beat. All of them lost to unranked teams.

The top two teams Purdue and Houston lost on the same night. Kansas blew a huge lead and Tennessee got dominated. Gonzaga isn’t going to be ranked for the first time since 2016, and they are also likely going to miss the NCAA tournament for the first time since head coach Mark Few took over the program over 20 seasons ago. That just scratches the surface of what happened.

Last week was also a week that prompted a lot of questions for the Sunday Mailbag. This week there are two questions about who the Big 10 champion will be. There is another question that I love answering and it is coaches who are already on the hot seat because their teams have underperformed. Then the other one just has to do with some teams that were upset, and which one is cause for concern in the long run.

Great questions this week and fantastic fan response. This article is very fun to do when I get the interaction that I received this week. Check back on Monday for the prompt to send in questions for next week.
