Seth Trimble

The elite defensive guard from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, originally entered the transfer portal on April 9th. However, he decided to pull his name out of the pool and elected to return, per his Instagram.

"I've taken time to realize where my home is. After much consideration, I've decided my heart and soul belong in Chapel Hill," his statement wrote.

Trimble was a key piece to UNC's success coming off the bench as Coach Davis' sixth man, providing valuable minutes and a defensive presence around the perimeter unlike any other. The 6-foot-3 guard averaged 5.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 0.9 assists while shooting 47 percent through 17.1 minutes of play during the season. His number from behind the arc improved significantly from 16.7 percent as a freshman to 41.9 this past campaign.

His experience and veteran leadership will serve wonders in Carolina's locker room, being a well-known voice that Coach Davis would love to have vocalized much more.
