Samford is one of the more impressive underdogs in this portion of the bracket. With just five losses this season, the Bulldogs are on a four-game win streak and are undefeated while playing at neutral sites.

This bodes well for the Bulldogs as they head to the NCAA Tournament which is entirely held at neutral locations. 

While Samford’s season started slowly, the team has peaked during the postseason and the Bulldogs won the SoCon Tournament championship game to cement their spot in the Big Dance.
