Which Midwest Region teams have fallen flat heading into the NCAA Tournament?

  • Past six games: 2-4

While TCU hasn’t been nearly as good as Kansas this season, they have had a similar last six games. The Horned Frogs have earned a third of their season losses in the past few weeks which certainly doesn’t bode well for their fate in March Madness.

TCU eked by Oklahoma in the opening round of the Big 12 Tournament, winning by just 7 points. In the next round, their hopes at a conference title were thwarted by Houston in a 15-point loss.

While TCU was able to keep its game against the Houston Cougars closer than the Jayhawks did, a 33 percent win rate as the Horned Frogs head into the Big Dance isn’t a good look.
