Getting back on the right track is tough to do, but it is even tougher to do in postseason play. It can be very discouraging going into March Madness when you aren't playing your best basketball.

Well, March Madness is here and if your team is not doing so well right now, it is okay to be worried. Some teams are hitting their stride right now while some teams are having their slumps at the wrong time.

So it is always helpful to know when you are filling out your bracket who is on a hot streak, and who is struggling at the moment. So here are some teams in the East Region that aren't doing so well at the moment and could be on upset alert.

Arizona Wildcats 25-8

The Wildcats finished their regular season on a loss to USC that effectively lost them the one-seed in the tournament. They could have potentially gotten it back if they won the Pac-12 Tournament.

However, the Wildcats lost to the Oregon Ducks in the semifinals 67-59 and lost the one seed once and for all. With no Pac-12 Tournament title and not playing their best basketball right now, Arizona could be on upset alert in the first few rounds.

Alabama Crimson Tide 21-11

Alabama lost four of their last six games before finding out they were a four-seed in the NCAA Tournament. Two of those losses came from the hands of the Florida Gators where they allowed 100 points scored and got beat by almost 20 in both games.

The Crimson Tide also had a chance to beat Tennessee at home and lost. They also allowed Kentucky to score 117 points against them in a 117-95 in the final four regular season games.

I am not saying they are going to lose the first round, but they are definitely on upset alert after almost losing to Arkansas in the quarterfinals and then getting beat down by Florida again in the semifinals of the SEC Tournament.

Alabama is playing a good Charleston team and could find themselves leaving earlier than they want if they don't pull things together.

Clemson Tigers 21-11

Clemson played in a weak ACC this season and was lucky to get in. After starting the season hot, they struggled at the beginning of ACC play. They were able to string wins together in mid-conference play, but they then lost two of thier last three games and lost their first game in the ACC Tournament.

The Tigers got beat by Notre Dame and Wake Forest towards the end of the season and then were an early exit in the ACC Tournament at the hands of Boston College.

Clemson is playing a hot New Mexico team right now that was on bubble watch but was able to pull it together in their conference tournament to get the auto-bid. This team needs to be careful or else they could be an early exit as well.
