2024-25 season stats: 17.9 ppg, 4.4 rpg, and 3.2 apg
The 6'3 guard has been at several schools so far but excelled at South Dakota this past season, leading them in scoring and passing on 47% FG shooting. Forte also was the Summit League Defensive Player of the Year, making him one of the top two-way players in the portal.
14. Oscar Cluff - South Dakota State Jackrabbits
2024-25 season stats: 17.6 ppg and 12.3 rpg
The 6’11 center was one of the top rebounders in college basketball while also being named all-defense in the Summit League. Cluff had 27 points and 17 rebounds in the season finale against North Dakota while also going for a career-high 30 points and 19 rebounds versus Denver.
13. Blake Harper - Howard Bison
2024-25 season stats: 19.5 ppg, 6.2 rpg, and 3.4 apg
The 6’5 guard was one of the best freshmen in the sport, earning both Rookie of the Year and Player of the Year honors in the MEAC. Harper shot 45% from the field and 40% from deep, scoring 7+ points in each game. He had five games of 30+ points as well, including 35 in overtime against Hampton.
