3. Isaac McKneely - Virginia Cavaliers
2024-25 season stats: 14.4 ppg and 2.9 apg
The 6’4 sharpshooter led the Cavaliers in scoring this past season, shooting 42% from three-point range. McKneely went for 20+ points on eight different occasions, including 27 in the season finale loss to Georgia Tech. With a coaching change, it was unexpected for him to hit the portal but look for McNeely to have a strong recruitment, with plenty of big names to be in the mix.
2. Dedan Thomas - UNLV Runnin Rebels
2024-25 season stats: 15.6 ppg and 4.7 apg
The former Mountain West Rookie of the Year has been UNLV's best player the last two years, though his efficiency slipped a bit this past season. Thomas had 7+ points in every game this season, including 22 points and six assists against Utah State. We'll see if the Vegas native stays out west or will have a national recruitment.
1. Owen Freeman - Iowa Hawkeyes
2024-25 season stats (19 games): 16.7 ppg and 6.7 rpg
The former Big Ten Rookie of the Year had a breakout sophomore campaign, leading the Hawkeyes in both scoring and rebounding while shooting 64% from the field. Freeman was one of the most consistent post-scorers in the nation, scoring 11+ points in each game. The Moline, Illinois native is a proven high-major talent and should get some blue-blood attention.
