The 6’6 guard was one of the early freshmen stars of the College Basketball season, scoring 20+ points against Virginia Tech and Wake Forest. Dean led the Spartans in scoring, including a 25-point and 11-rebound effort against UNC Asheville. As a Miami native, Dean could be facing more ACC teams in the future.
32. Bobby Durkin - Davidson Wildcats
2024-25 season stats: 13.5 ppg and 5.9 rpg
The 6’7 forward was a key piece on the Wildcats, shooting 36% from deep on nearly eight attempts, along with 79 assists and 44 steals. Durkin had eight games of at least 20 points, including 20 points and 13 rebounds to beat Fordham on the road.
31. Moe Odom - Pepperdine
2024-25 season stats: 13.1 and 7.5 apg
After moving from Pacific to Pepperdine, Odom became one of the top guards in the WCC, just behind Ryan Nemhbard of Gonzaga for top passer in the league. He excelled in the conference tournament, including four straight games of double-digit assists, along with a 31-point and 11-assist outing to beat Portland.
