VIDEO: Young Kentucky Wildcats Fan Parodies Taylor Swift Song

Clearly, Big Blue Nation recruits ’em young.

This young Kentucky Wildcats fan parodied the popular Taylor Swift song “Shake It Off” adding her own spin to it. It’s surprisingly well done, actually.

Man, not only are they recruited young, but they start the hatred young, too! The chorus is full of anti-Rick Pitino and Duke verses, a likely requirement to call yourself a member of #BBN. Rick Pitino we gonna hate, hate, hate, hate? Duke losers gonna lose, lose, lose? Impressive knowledge for a girl that wasn’t alive for the Pitino-era of Kentucky and only one match-up between Duke and UK.

The best part might be the shoutout to John Calipari, though. But to be fair, his hair does look really nice.

In all seriousness, this is nicely done and impressive for a girl her age. Now let’s hope Kentucky does let her down this year.
