1. UNC vs. Louisville, 2:00 PM, ESPN
Perhaps no two-game series was more fun this year than North Carolina and Louisville. Round one came in Chapel Hill, with UNC coming off a home loss to the Fighting Irish. Marcus Paige did this in the closing moments.
In the return game, the Cardinals needed overtime to get revenge, nabbing a 78-68 victory and Montrezl Harrell did this.
Do you need more reason as to why this is #1 on the list? The basketball Gods have given us round three to determine the season-series winner, and hopefully it features a dunk contest between Harrell and J.P. Tokoto of UNC. The match-up to watch will be Louisville’s Terry Rozier on Paige, and whether the Cardinals’ lack of depth will bit them this game.
Winner: Louisville (because I like dunk-shoots and Harrell does that good).
