Recruiting: 2016 Top Prospect Harry Giles Announces Schedule for Official Visits
Harry Giles is a highly sought after, highly touted, 6-foot-10 power forward that is expected to have an immediate impact on the college scene and then bail to the NBA.
The top 2016 prospect recently announced his schedule for official visits as he goes through the process of making a decision of who to commit to for the 2016-17 hoop season.
According to a post on collegebasketballtalk.nbcsports.com by Rob Dauster, the itinerary is going to have Giles pretty busy for two months starting in September.

Giles will be visiting a bunch of schools in his native state of North Carolina starting with Wake Forest from September 19th-21st.
He will then follow that up with a visit to the University of North Carolina to close out his September visits on the 25th-27th.
Harry Giles’ October schedule has him leaving the state of North Carolina twice to check out Kansas from October 10th-12th and Kentucky from October 16th-18th.
He will then close out the month with a trip to Durham, NC to check out what Duke has to offer from October 31st- November 2nd.
Giles’ visits to Kansas and Kentucky should be pretty eventful. When he visits Lexington he will be arriving during Kentucky’s “Big Blue Madness” which is UK’s Midnight Madness hoop celebration.
He will be visiting Lawrence, KS during their “Late Night at the Phog” event.
Rumor has it, for now anyway, that he plans on staying in the state of North Carolina at the end of the day with Duke and Wake Forest being in the running for his services.

Duke has Jayson Tatum already committed to their program, which is a huge plus in their recruitment of Harry Giles since they are good friends.
Wake Forest is a place where he would start immediately with Devin Thomas being in his senior year and getting Giles would say a lot about the direction Danny Manning could potentially be having the Demon Deacons’ program going in.
Manning already has a couple of guards hooked up for his 2016 recruiting class in Richard Washington Jr. and Brandon Childress.
This is going to be a very exciting time for Harry Giles coming up.
He has some of the best basketball schools in the nation courting him in order to get his talents to their campus.
The final third of the calendar is going to be interesting for Mr. Giles and all the hoop junkies who are waiting to see where he ends up playing for 2016.
