Every hoop season brings its own storylines, expectations, and surprises.

The 2015-16 college basketball season will be no exception. This season is going to be a totally different story from the 2014-15 edition of college basketball, but will equal in excitement.

We are not going into this season with the expectation that we could see a run at an undefeated season like we did last year with the Kentucky Wildcats.

We are not going to go into this season with feeling that “the chalk” is actually going to be in the position to win a National Championship like we thought last season.

This year is is really going to be a wide open race, where you can say that as many as 15 teams could have a legitimate shot at winning the NCAA crown at the end of this season.

We have rule changes, a new crop of talented freshman, new teams seen as the cream of the crop, some teams that are getting zero respect, some teams that are getting too much respect, and some coaching hot seats that need to be doused out.

In the end there are only a few things that are going to be points of intrigue this upcoming season that every hoop fan cares about going into a new year.

Here is the short list that we have concocted of questions we want answers to by the time we crown a new champion.
