Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors desperately need a small forward if they are ever going to get past Lebron James and the Cavs, and Tatum fills that need.

Next: Grayson Allen and others who are returning in 2017-18

Toronto will not pick until late in the first, so this is never going to happen. However, there is no team in the NBA that would be a more perfect spot for Tatum to start and succeed from the moment he steps onto the court.
