The Kansas Jayhawks remain undefeated to start the 2017-18 season. Can they keep the strong start going against the Toledo Rockets?

TV Schedule: Tuesday, Nov. 28, 8:00 p.m. ET, ESPN3

Arena: Allen Fieldhouse, Lawrence, Kansas

Ranked No. 3 and soon to be ranked No. 2, the Kansas Jayhawks might be the most underrated team in college basketball.

While everyone is obsessed with Michigan State and Miles Bridges or Duke, Grayson Allen, and Marvin Bagley, the Jayhawks continue to look more complete than both of these teams. After squeaking by an extremely talented Kentucky Wildcats’ squad in the second game of the season, Kansas has won three straight games by more than 30 points, including back to back 43 point wins over Texas Southern and Oakland.

While you might say to yourself “Kansas was supposed to win those games,” these are not cupcake teams that the Jayhawks are literally demolishing. These are solid teams with NCAA Tournament pasts.

Opponents should be very afraid of Kansas – and that includes the Jayhawks’ next opponents the Toledo Rockets.

Toledo are 3-2 with no away wins this season, but they barely lost to Syracuse and Cornell in these games. This is yet another talented mid-major that will get ripped apart by Kansas, despite boasting four players who are averaging over 12 points per game.

Don’t get me wrong; this Rockets’ team is good. Their close away losses have proven that. However, there is no way that this team pulls off an upset over this streaking Kansas team – a team that is looking more and more like the favorite to win it all.

Prediction: Kansas 99, Toledo 63
