10. Tyus Battle, Syracuse

Syracuse Orange point guard Tyus Battle is currently testing the draft process but he hasn’t hired an agent. Battle is one player who still has development on his mind when it comes to the NBA Draft, hence why he has yet to hire an agent.

He made strides in his sophomore season at Syracuse in 2017-18, averaging 19.2 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.5 steals per contest. He started every game in Year 2 after starting in all but nine games as a freshman.

As a freshman, Battle averaged 11.3 points while shooting 36.6 percent from 3-point range. His 3-point shooting dropped a bit in 2017-18 (32.2 percent) but he still showed his efficiency for a 6-foot-6 wing.

Battle averaged 39.0 minutes per game, showing just how far his conditioning can carry him. He recently received an invite to the NBA Draft Combine, which makes for an interesting transition for him. He’s slowly climbing up draft boards and if he can come out on top by May 16, he’s one player that could end up leaving Syracuse sooner rather than later.
