He got his start on SaturdayBlitz (College Football) originally before transitioning into basketball with HoopsHabit (NBA) and then BustingBrackets (College BB) where he's remained a presence since 2016. Since then, he's covered the national scene and the Power 6 conferences on the college basketball beat. On top of being a contributor on Fansided, Jay is also the lead editor and scout for PrepHoops North Carolina.
