Every year, the market for college basketball transfers appears more and more active. Players are looking for greener pastures, more playing time, an opportunity closer to home, or any sort of reason to leave their former program for a new spot.

This can be an exciting time for coaches and programs. It’s also a nerve-wracking time, as players control the process of deciding when and where they’ll go somewhere new.

In recent weeks, potential NBA Draft prospects have decided to test the professional waters, creating even more potential holes on rosters across the country. This has led to coaches becoming more active in seeking talent – particularly in the form of graduate transfers – that can contribute immediately.
