Invites to the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago on May 16-20 were recently sent out. Check out the top snubs of players who were inexplicably left out.

The NBA Draft Combine has become a spectacle for prospects looking to improve their stock in the draft. It’s not exactly up there with the NFL Combine in terms of impact, but it certainly has some bearing on what players can do at the next level.

Outside of the combine-style drills, one big event during the combine is full-court play. Often, you can tell who is ahead of the curve and who is behind the curve there. So it was interesting to see the full list of NBA Draft Combine participants when it was released last Friday.

Like all things, there was some good and bad about the invite list. For one, a lot of the top players were invited but what was also intriguing was who got left off the list.

The biggest “snub”, if you’d call it that was top-pick Luka Doncic. However, it’s difficult to consider Doncic’s absence a snub as his team is still competing in the playoffs. He recorded the first triple-double in 11 years in Liga ACB, registering 17 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists while shooting 4-for-4 from the field. Needless to say, Doncic should survive the snub but the same can’t be said for all the others.

Here’s a look at snubs from the NBA Draft Combine.
