Donte DiVincenzo, Villanova

The 2018 NCAA Most Outstanding Player Donte DiVincenzo has been quite the stock riser since his performance in the national title game. DiVincenzo was taken 17th overall by the Milwaukee Bucks, a team who could use his 3-point shooting in their arsenal.

DiVincenzo shot 40.1 percent from 3-point range during the 2017-18 season and when his number was called during the title game this past March, he answered the call. He lit the Michigan Wolverines up off the bench for a career-high 31 points on 5-of-7 (71.4 percent) shooting from 3-point range.

The rest was history as DiVincenzo declared for the draft, turned heads during workouts and continued to climb up draft boards. Now, he joins a team in desperate need of a new approach on offense; insert Donte DiVincenzo.

He averaged 13.4 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists off the bench for Villanova in 2017-18. His role with Milwaukee may be restricted at first but he can certainly grow into a solid scoring guard at 6-foot-5.
