Big Ten Basketball is evolving, especially when it comes to strong backcourt play. Here’s a look at the rising juniors to keep an eye on for 2018-19.

The Big Ten basketball conference is usually known for having solid big men, but things have changed over the years. Now, they boast some of the top guards in the nation and a crop of rising juniors headline with talent to show for it.

There’s a ton of NBA potential returning next season in the Big Ten, that’s for sure. Some top names passed up on this past year’s draft with unfinished business at the college basketball level. As more players look to get to the next level, the remaining talent is nothing to sleep on.

Depth will be key but so will star power in the Big Ten. Here’s a look at the Top 5 rising juniors for the 2018-19 season.
