1. Otis Livingston II, George Mason

Rising senior guard Otis Livingston II had an electric season with the George Mason Patriots during the 2017-18 season. He put up 17.3 points, 4.4 assists and 3.2 rebounds while shooting 38.2 percent from 3-point range (65-of-170) last year as a junior.

He was stellar all season for George Mason even knocking down a buzzer-beating 3-pointer against the St. Joseph Hawks back on Jan. 10 to cap off a nearly-perfect game. He recorded 25 points on 10-of-13 shooting (76.9 percent) from the floor and 5-of-6 shooting from 3-point land (83.3 percent).

It was one of four game-winning shots the Patriots needed this season to seal a victory. Rising junior Ian Boyd is responsible for the other three in three consecutive games nonetheless.

Livingston earned second-team All-Atlantic 10 honors for his play in 2017-18 after finishing seventh in the assists per game and ninth in points per game in the conference. After the season Livingston had, he’ll be looked upon to carry much of the load once again in 2018-19.
