There have been many NCAA Basketball transfers that have made an impact in the 2018-19 non-conference season slate. Which ones have stood out the most?

In today’s game of NCAA Basketball, transfers make a huge part of rosters of each respective team. Last season was no different, with several key names having an impact on the sport.

No team may have benefitted more than the Nevada Wolf Pack, with the additions of twin brothers Caleb, and Cody Martin. Both had great junior campaigns, with Caleb actually winning Mountain West Player of the Year in route to the team making the Sweet Sixteen.

He was one of a number of transfers who made a huge impact last season, with other notables such as Auburn’s DeSean Murray, Kansas’ Malik Newman, and Missouri’s Kassius Roberson helping lead their respective teams to surpass expectations.

Coming into this season, there were plenty of transfers eligible to play. From either having to sit out the season prior or graduating and being able to play right away, the veteran newcomers had some big shoes to fill, as well as high expectations. Preseason notables included Joe Cremo going from Albany to Villanova, along with Chase Jeter eligible to play at Arizona after transferring from Duke.

With the 2018-19 non-conference slate completed, there is enough of a sample size to see which transfers have made the biggest impact so far this season. While some have disappointed, others have excelled. Here are the top 10 entering the new year.
