2. Work Justin Robinson slowly back into the offense

Head coach Buzz Williams announced that senior guard Justin Robinson would return from injury for the NCAA Tournament, but there’s no need to rush him back into his scoring role. They’ll need to slowly work him back into the swing of things, so as to not ruin the chemistry that’s already established.

Let him handle the ball and get some assists. Put him in some pick-and-roll situations and see what happens off the isolation. There’s certainly no need to force things when it comes to Robinson. The team fared well without him in the rotation so fitting him back in should be seamless, although they’re in a win or go home territory.

Robinson’s return allows them to stretch their bench a bit more, too. Ty Outlaw, Isaiah Wilkins, and P.J. Horne can now be utilized more in the rotation and used as needed. The Hokies aren’t the biggest team but Buzz Williams knows how to get them in the right position and get the most out of his players.
