The Sweet 16 is finally upon us and in its wake, there were some disappointments through the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament.

Well, there was a whole lot of chalk throughout the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament but like most seasons, there were a few upsets and disappointments. After the first weekend, there are five teams from the ACC, four from the SEC, three teams from the Big Ten, and one from the Big 12, Pac-12, American and West Coast Conference. Two teams from the ACC are facing off in the East region on Friday, so that will even itself out soon.

While there isn’t a clear favorite at the moment, there were some clear disappointments from the first weekend. A couple of higher seeded teams that earned at-large bids saw their seasons end a bit earlier than expected. There’s one double-digit seed left in the field as of now in the Oregon Ducks.

The Kansas Jayhawks lost in the second round after making it all the way to the 2018 Final Four. The Nevada Wolf Pack fell in the opening round a year after making a deep run to the Sweet 16 as a No. 7 seed last year.

Missing out on the Sweet 16 stings for these programs and they weren’t the only ones that suffered setbacks, either. Here’s a look at the five biggest losers from the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament.
