Commitments

One of their most important players next season will be guard Jordan Usher. He’s a former four-star prospect in the 2017 class and transferred from USC Trojans, sitting out in 2018-19. Usher averaged 8.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game in 12 appearances for the Trojans last season before transferring in late-December.

David Didenko is a 6-foot-9, 216-pound power forward who spent last season at Palm Beach State College. Didenko played sparingly, but he’s got three more years to get acclimated to the college game. He’ll be expected to fill some of their frontcourt needs, though it will be interesting to see what Pastner can do with him.

Asanti Price recently committed to the Yellow Jackets this past Wednesday. At 6-foot-5, Price plays above the rim can get out on the break and dunk it and can also stroke it from behind the arc. He’s a player that led his team to the state title game and has the offensive tools to improve a team that is in desperate need of offense.

The Yellow Jackets will have plenty of guards to work with in the backcourt, but their biggest weakness heading into next season is the frontcourt, which is pretty thin.
