Noah Carter, 6’6 Forward/Wing, Missouri Tigers

Noah Carter is a mid-major addition from the Northern Iowa Panthers set to join the Missouri Tigers lineup in 2022-23 after spending the last three seasons in the MVC. Carter looks to make the jump to the SEC as a small forward prospect to know.

He’s one of seven additions out of the portal as the Missouri Tigers are another program looking to rebuild under first-year head coach Dennis Gates, who is also bringing along D’Moi Hodge, Tre Gomillion, and Mabor Majak with him from Cleveland State.

Carter was an All-MVC second-team performer this past year, putting up a career-high 15.0 ppg along with 4.1 rpg and 1.8 apg while shooting 48.2 percent from the field and 29.9 percent from behind the arc, averaging 1.3 makes from the arc.

While he wasn’t the greatest threat from behind the arc, he still finished fourth in the OVC in field goal percentage and seventh in field goals made (170) this past season. He’ll bring his mid-major experience as a shot-maker inside the arc with him to the Tigers’ rotation as he looks to make an impact.
