Potential Starting Lineup for Georgia Tech

Point Guard: Naithan George | 6'3 | 185 lbs.

Naithan George is one of the key returners to watch for the Yellow Jackets as he looks to lead the backcourt once again. He had a solid freshman debut with 9.8 points, 4.7 assists and 2.4 rebounds per game on 31.4 percent shooting from behind the arc in 2023-24. He's a sizeable guard at 6-foot-3 who's shown promise as an All-ACC caliber player as he looks to break out in Year 2 in the ACC.

Shooting Guard: Javian McCollum | 6'2 | 175 lbs.

McCollum is an addition out of the transfer portal from Oklahoma. He joins the squad looking to take some pressure off Naithan George in the backcourt. He averaged 13.3 points, 3.4 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game on 31.4 percent shooting from 3-point land in 2023-24. He'll look to step up with a bigger role on the horizon with the Yellow Jackets.

Wing/Guard: Kowacie Reeves Jr. | 6'7 | 205 lbs.

Kowacie Reeves Jr. is another top returner to know in the Georgia Tech backcourt. He's a big guard at 6-foot-7 who's shown he can shoot the ball on the perimeter. He shot 38.3 percent from deep while averaging 9.8 points and 3.9 rebounds per contest this past year as a junior. He'll be looked upon as a senior leader for this group with the departures of Will Kelly, Kyle Sturdivant and Tyzhaun Claude.

Forward: Baye Ndongo | 6'9 | 240 lbs.

Ndongo showed promise in his freshman year in the ACC with the Yellow Jackets. He was an ACC All-Freshman selection with averages of 12.4 points, 8.2 rebounds, 1.1 blocks and 1.0 assists per game in 2023-24. He'll look to break out in his second season with Georgia Tech after putting together six double-doubles in Year 1.

Forward: Duncan Powell | 6'8 | 235 lbs.

Powell is another sizeable addition with potential to operate in the frontcourt. He joins the team after spending this past season in the Big Sky where he was the most productive. He put up 12.1 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game in 2023-24 as he looks to play a role on a high-major roster.
