4) Javian McCollum | 6’2 Guard | Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

Javian McCollum is another high-major name joining the ACC ranks after spending a year in the SEC with Oklahoma. He averaged 13.3 points, 3.4 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game on 31.4 percent shooting from behind the arc.

The Yellow Jackets will be McCollum's third stop after he began his career with Siena in the MAAC back in 2021-22. In 2022-23, he was a third team All-MAAC selection after averaging 15.9 points, 3.9 assists, 2.1 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game.

He's a crafty floor general who knows how to make things happen off the bounce and get to the free throw line doing it. He shot a career-high 94.3 percent from the free-throw line in 2023-24 with the Sooners.

Consider head coach Damon Stoudamire the Point Guard Whisperer. Given Coach Stoudamire's background and coaching prowess at the point guard spot, he's got a guard built to lead a team the way he needs.
