16) Mason Gillis | 6'6 Forward | Duke Blue Devils

It shocked many across the basketball landscape when Mason Gillis chose to hit the transfer portal and join the Duke Blue Devils in the ACC. Head coach Jon Scheyer and his coaching staff have got to be licking his chops right now at the opportunity to utilize Gillis as the ultimate glue guy among a talented group of freshman recruits.

Gillis won't be looked upon to score too much but he'll certainly be utilized at the very least as the ultimate Sixth Man in the Duke rotation. He spent this past season as the Boilermakers' Sixth Man, taking home Big Ten Sixth Man of the Year with 6.5 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game on 46.8 percent shooting from deep.

As the ultimate role player for the Blue Devils, Gillis has an opportunity for another deep run in the NCAA Tournament. He'll be tasked with a lot more than just preparing for games himself as he should be a leader for this group in 2024-25.

15) Dontrez Styles | 6'6 Guard/Forward | NC State Wolfpack

Dontrez Styles checks in at No. 15 as he returns with ACC experience already, starting out with the UNC Tar Heels in 2021-22. He spent this past season in the Big East with the Georgetown Hoyas where he averaged 12.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game on 36.8 percent shooting from 3-point range. He'll be a lot more lethal in a more free-flowing offense in need of a versatile presence in the rotation.

Styles fits right in with Coach Keatts' positionless style of play given his ability to play the 2-4 roles in any given setting. He's just scratching the surface of his potential on the hardwood and a return to the HoopState with NC State could really push him to the next level.
