9) Kevin Miller | 6'0 Guard | SMU Mustangs

Kevin Miller joins the SMU Mustangs in their inaugural year in the league. He was a key piece in the Wake Forest starting lineup in 2023-24, finishing with 15.6 points, 3.5 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game on 36.9 percent shooting from behind the arc.

It was just his first year in the ACC this past season, but Miller showed he could more than hold his own as an ACC-caliber guard. He's not just an impressive scorer but also an underrated defender. He finished with 50 steals, good for ninth in the conference, this past year as well. Now, he looks ready to lead a new backcourt as a featured transfer among seven new additions out of the portal for the Mustangs.

Miller is set to lead head coach Andy Enfield in Year 1 as he joins the rotation in 2024-25. While their first year in the ACC could come with some growing pains, look for Miller to lead them to an upset or two in league play.
