Another class of 2025 NCAA Basketball prospect is updating their respective recruitment, as Trent Sisley is now down to just five teams. He's a 6'7 forward from the state of Indiana, As a natural floor spacer, Sisley is the type of modern-day four-man whose shooting is vital for teams, while also being able to put the ball on the floor and defend as well.

Just five teams are in the mix, with all but one coming from Big Ten country. From a roster perspective, does any of them stand out? Here's a closer look at Sisley's options.

Indiana Hoosiers

Three-point shooting and frontcourt spacing was a major issue last season and it could be worse in 2024-25, as Oumar Ballo and Malik Reneau aren't shooters. Plus, Mackenzie Magbako, the projected starting wing, had his own struggles as a freshman. All three could be gone after next season, allowing the local prospect to have a role early on if he were to pick them. Either way, the Hoosiers need to add someone like him in the 2025 class.

Iowa Hawkeyes

From a stylistic standpoint, Iowa would make a lot of sense for Sisley, who fits their system well. Coach Fran McCaffery always has a quality offense, even after losing past All-Americans. It's likely that Payton Sandfort won't be around after next year and pairing Sisley with Owen Freeman would be a great future frontcourt for the program.

Michigan State Spartans

Michigan State has a couple of 6'7 forwards on the roster in Coen Carr and Omaha transfer Frankie Fidler, who is around for just one year. The new-look frontcourt will have room for someone like Sisley, who offers the kind of spacing the rest of the frontcourt players don't have. As long as Coach Tom Izzo is still going to be around for a few years, this will be an option that's hard to pass up.

Notre Dame Fighting

Notre Dame should be good in the backcourt for the next couple of years but will need to improve its frontcourt to be competitive in the ACC. They have four-star forward prospect Garrett Sundra coming on board, who has a somewhat similar skillset as Sisley. Coach Micah Shrewsberry and his 3-point heavy style will be very appealing for someone like Sisley and the chance to be part of an up-and-coming rebuilding program will allow him to find minutes early on.

Purdue Boilermakers

Due to all of the attention that the centers on this team gets, the power forward position flies under the radar. With Mason Gillis gone, that leavers Caleb Furst and Trey Kaufmann-Renn as guys who can play the position. It's an option where Sisley could get minutes early on and he'd get plenty of opportunities alongside whoever the next superstar center is for them.
