Henry Annen is a contributor for Busting Brackets since 2025 and has been featured as a sports reporter for the Iowa State Daily. He covers college basketball, Big 12 athletics and national NCAA storylines, with additional experience writing about volleyball, wrestling, football and golf. Annen has worked in sports media since high school, where he founded the Kewaunee Student Broadcast and received honors from the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association for Best Sports Radio Talk. He has also worked with Door County Daily News and the NEW Radio Sports Network, providing play-by-play coverage for Door County League baseball and a variety of high school sporting events. His background includes multimedia production, deadline reporting and on-site coverage throughout the Midwest. Outside of writing, he enjoys playing golf and attending Wisconsin-based sporting events.
