Tyus Edney goes Coast-to-Coast

This is where me being my age, a possible sucker for moments that really impacted my mind and the weird love I have for Tyus Edney might backfire.

I am pretty sure everyone remembers this moment. Way back in 1995 when the UCLA Bruins were still all that and a bag of chips. Before the name O’Bannon was more prevalent to basketball than it was to altering the history of college sports, but after the true heyday of the John Wooden era.

All it took was 4.8 seconds, Edney being quicker than a hiccup and winning the National Title shortly after, to make and keep this moment as one of the best of all-time.

This moment for people of my age was the introduction to the madness that is March. To older folks, it was there reintroduction. Some will say it is too high on the list. To them I say, make your own damn list.
