1999’s ACC Tournament didn’t have any flashy moments.  Duke, led by Elton Brand, crushed UNC in the final.  But what was remarkable was that this title set Duke on an unprecedented run of winning 10 out of 13 ACC Tournaments.  A feat that won’t soon be matched.
