4. Willie Cauley-Stein, Center (Jr.) – Kentucky
A non-freshman had to come off the board at some point, and Willie Cauley-Stein is the type of player that can convince NBA GMs to break their unhealthy relationship with teenagers. As a defender, Cauley-Stein was NBA-ready the moment he arrived at Lexington. The 10 rebounds he grabbed last night have become a statistical norm for him. More importantly, by the end of this season, the project that has been his offensive game will be nearly complete. Though Coach Calipari gets most of his credit for sending players like John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins to the league. His greatest player development achievements come in the form of players like Cauley-Stein.
