Final Four
16. Manhattan Jaspers vs. 16. Coastal Carolina Chanticleers – What a powerhouse match-up we have! Who needs Wisconsin-Kentucky when we have Manhattan-Coastal Carolina. In the end, it’s the mythical nature of the Chanticleers that downs the Jaspers.
13. UC Irvine Anteaters vs. 16. North Florida Ospreys – After careful consideration, this is the great Final Four of all-time. Ospreys and Jaspers and Anteaters, OH MY! In a desperation, full-court heave, the Ospreys swoop away with a victory and leave the anteaters wishing for more.
National Championship
16. Coastal Carolina Chanticleers vs. 16. North Florida Ospreys – It’s the greatest national championship game ever. Move aside Butler vs. Duke, NC State vs. Houston, and UNC vs. Georgetown. This is the battle between fictional roosters and non-fictional birds. In the end, it’s the mythical aspect of the Chanticleers that gives them just enough fuel to win the title and sending fans into the ocean to celebrate. Is that what people do in Coastal Carolina? That’s what I would do.
