ACC Basketball:Top Five 2016 NBA Draft Prospects of the ACC

Zach Auguste/6-foot-10, 243 LBS/Power Forward
Zach Auguste should be an excellent defender in the paint on the NBA level, and with the league slowly gravitating to small ball, Auguste would be the perfect small ball center.
This upcoming season is going to be an important one for him as far as his professional prospects are concerned because he is going to try to build on the recognition he built after playing well against the No. 1 overall pick of the 2015 NBA Draft Karl-Anthony Towns.
Auguste finished with 20 points and nine rebounds in that game and more than held his own against the Kentucky front-court of Towns and Willie Cauley-Stein.
Now Zach Auguste is going to be counted on to be one of the leaders of a Notre Dame team that lost Jerian Grant and Pat Connaughton from their Elite Eight team.
Hopefully he has added some offensive moves to his repertoire that will make him a more effective offensive player.
As long as he is catching lobs, finishing on the break, or getting follow-ups of the offensive glass he can get you a few buckets.
Auguste has not shown that you can throw him the ball in the block and he will operate just yet.
That is the next progression in his growth process.
